This Document is used to record the Penalty Details received against the Vehicles. This will be the Reference for the Salary Deduction against the Penalty

Prerequisites,

Mobilized Equipment and Vehicle Register

Go to Vehicle Penalty Log List and Click on "Add Vehicle Penalty Log"

Set Date of Violation
Select Vehicle
Select Penalty Responsibility, either Employee or Company
- If its Employee:-
  - Select Employee Category either Owned or Outsourced
  - Select Employee
  - Enter Details of Responsibility
- If its Company:-
  - Enter Details of Responsibility
Enter Penalty Amount
Then, Save and Submit

Note:

The system Auto-populates the Employee details if the Violation Date falls within an existing Vehicle Allocation Period
