Vehicle or Equipment Extension Request

This Document is used to record the Request for Allotted Vehicles Extension

Prerequisites,

• Project
• Project Budget
• Mobilized Equipment and Vehicle Record

Go to Vehicle or Equipment Extension Request list and Click on "Add Vehicle or Equipment Extension Request"

• Select Project
• Select Vehicle, the Registered Number will be auto fetched
• Enter From Date and To Date
• Set Status (Either Apporved or Rejected)
• Save

Note:

The Vehicle selection is automatically filtered to show only Vehciles with a 'Mobilized' Status in the Mobilized Equipment and Vehicle Register
