The Project Consumable Request module is designed to streamline the Requisition and Issuance of Consumable Materials required for specific Project activities. Once Submitted, it handles the Inventory updates and links the Material Costs to the Project Budget automatically

Prerequisites,

Project
Warehouse
Consumable Item
UOM
Inventory Dimension

Go to Project Consumable Request List and Click on "Add Project Consumable Request"

Select Project
Project Name will be auto fetched
Set Date
Select Warehouse
In Consumable Details, Select Consumable Item the UOM and Unit Cost will be auto fetched
Enter Quantity and Issued Quantity
Save and Submit

Upon Submission, Stock Entry will be auto generated
