Project Code Request

Use this Module to officially Register a New Project in the system. Once Submitted, it acts as a foundation by automatically generating the Project Record and a dedicated Cost Center for financial tracking

Prerequisites,

• Project Location

Go to Project Code Request List and Click on "Add Project Code Request"

• Set Date
• By default, the Project Type is External
• Select Project Location
• Enter Project Name
• Set Start Date and Due Date
• Fill in all other Required Details
• Then, Save and Submit

• Upon submission, the Project and Cost Center will be generated automatically
