Preliminary Cost Record

The Preliminary Cost Record is a detailed breakdown of expected Project Expenses. It allows you to plan costs for Materials and Labor before work begins, ensuring you have a clear Financial Plan to compare against Actual spending later

Prerequisites,

• Project
• Project Budget
• Preliminary Cost Categories
• UOM

Go to Preliminary Cost Record List and Click on "Add Preliminary Cost Record"

• Select Project, the Project Name will be auto fetched
• set Date
• In Unit Cost Details Table, Select Preliminary Cost Categories, the UOM will be auto fetched
• Enter Quantity
• In the Lumpsum Cost Details Table, Select Preliminary Cost Categories, the UOM will be auto fetched
• Enter Amount
• Then, Save and Submit
