Manpower Requisition Form

The Manpower Requisition Form is used to 'order' the staff required for a project. This form used to specify the required Job roles and Quantities based on the project's budget. It acts as a formal request that prevents Over-Staffing and ensures Labor Costs stay on track

Prerequisites,

• Project
• Project Budget against the Project

Go to Manpower Requisition Form and Click on "Add Manpower Requisition Form"

• Select Project
• Project Name, Project Location, Requisitioner Name will be auto fetched
• Set Date Requested
• Set Expected Mobilization Date
• The Required Position table is auto-filled using data fetched from the corresponding Project Budget
• Enter Requested Quantity
• Fill in all other Required Details
• Save and Submit

Note:

If multiple Budgets are linked to a Project, the system will aggregate the quantities and populate the Required Position table with the cumulative total
