Fuel Consumption Record

This Document is used to record the Fuel Consumption of Vehicle daily basis. Expenses should be reflected in Accounts

Prerequisites,

• Project
• Project Budget
• Mobilized Equipment and Vehicle Register

Go to Fuel Consumption Record List and Click on "Add Fuel Consumption Record"

• Select Project
• Set Date
• Select Vehicle, the Registered Number will be auto fetched
• Enter Fuel Consumption and Amount
• Save and Submit

Note:

The Vehicle selection is automatically filtered to show only Vehciles with a 'Mobilized' Status in the Mobilized Equipment and Vehicle Register
