Equipment Requisition Form

The Equipment Requisition Form is used to request the specific machinery or vehicles required for a project. It ensures that any Equipment requested is already planned for in the Equipment Budget, preventing unexpected rental costs and ensuring the right tools are available when needed

Prerequisites,

• Project
• Project Budget
• Equipment Budget

Go to Equipment Requisition Form List and Click on "Add Equipment Requisition Form"

• Select Project
• Project Name, Requisitioner Name and Location will be auto fetched
• Set Requested Date
• Requested Equipment and Budgeted Quantities are automatically retrieved from the Selected Project's corresponding Equipment Budget
• Enter Required Quantity
• Fill in all other Required Details
• Save and Submit
