Bulk Additional Salary Creation

The Bulk Additional Salary Creation tool is designed to quickly add extra Earnings or Deductions for a large group of Employees simultaneously

Prerequisites,

• Employee
• Salary Component
• Salary Structure
• Salary Structure Assignment

Go to Bulk Additional Salary Creation List and Click on "Add Bulk Additional Salary Creation"

• Set Payroll Date
• Click on "Fetch Employees"
• All Employees will be fethced from Employee Master
• Select Salary Component

Note:

The Employee Payroll Component table is filtered to display only those Salary Components that have the 'Enable Additional Salary' checkbox selected

• Enter Amount
• Save & Submit

• Upon Submission, Additional Salary will be generated for each Employee

Note:

The Additional Salary will be reflected in the Salary Slip of the selected Payroll Period
